I ship worldwide from Toronto, Ontario, Canada through Canada Post. Select your desired shipping method when checking out, and the shipping cost will be automatically calculated based on your address. Standard shipping is free for all dress and gown orders from Canadian and US addresses. Please note that you are responsible for any customs duties and taxes. 

Return

All our dresses are made to order from scratch, and we are unable to accept any refunds or exchanges. The same policy applies to all our accessories that are made-to-order.

For other, specified accessories, we accept returns from Canadian addresses within 7 days of delivery. The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping, and items must be unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
